Having built hundreds of garden offices the Smart Garden Offices team know a thing or two about creating dedicated workspaces in the garden. Their experience has allowed them to create a range of buildings available in different sizes ideal for different types of work and workforces of varying size. They have developed a pallette of finishes which allows you to customise the building for your tastes, all at a very attractive price point.
Until now Smart Garden Offices have focused on traditional style garden offices, but have recently luanched a contemporary design garden office.
The flat roofed Ultra range is full of contemporary design features such as floor to ceiling glazing and bi-fold doors which will create a garden office with a real connection to the garden.
Permitted Development Friendly
In many cases a garden office like the Ultra range can be built without Planning Permission, but you do need to comply with the Permitted Development rules. With an overall height no more than 2.5 meters the Ultra range is Permitted Development friendly and as such offers you a lot of flexibility over where you position the building in your garden. Because of its height the Ultra can be positioned tight to the boundaries of your garden which is particuarly valuable if you have limited space.
Designed For Productivity
The Ultra range is available in 7 sizes from the Micro which offers 49sq ft of office space though to the Quinto which is a substantial 120sq ft.
The floor to ceiling glazing and door options such as bi-fold doors create a workspace flooded with natural light – its features like this which make working in a garden office so different from any other workspace.
The Ultra is well specified electrically with each size of office having the optomen number of double sockets so you can plugin and start work straight away. Smart Garden Offices offer CAT6 data cabling as an optional extra which will allow you to connect with anywhere in the world form the bottom of your garden. As part of the installation process the Smart team will connect the garden offices electrics to the mains supply in your house – some suppliers ask you to organise this element yourself.
