This post is quite old now. Warwick Buildings offer some great garden office options, but they are more expensive than they were when we wrote this feature. We are in the process of updating this guide, but in the meantime, the links take you to Warwick Buildings Office Pod which is still one of the most cost-effective options on the market.
If you have a smaller budget to buy a garden office, we suggest you take a look at the £5,000 garden office by Warwick Buildings.
At 3.2 meters x 2.4 meters by 2.5 meters high it is a good-sized office for the price point.
The £5,000 garden office has a modern design with sliding doors on the front elevation. These doors are white as standard but for an extra £150 you could choose Anthracite grey, light oak or black finishes.
The doors will flood the office with light, but if you would like the flexibility of an opening window you can specify one for an extra £350.
The exterior of the office is clad in shiplap which has been pressure treated for a 20+ year lifespan. The roof is made up of several layers of material including insulation and underfelt and finished with metal sheeting which is available in four standard colours.
Examples of the £5,000 garden office

The garden office is pre-wired electrically with fluorescent light, two double power sockets and a consumer unit.
You'll need to prepare a suitable base for this office to built upon. If you live within 50 miles of Warwick Buildings workshops they can undertake this task for you for £1,200.
